Investment Focus

The team invests across a diversified infrastructure mandate, including:

Transportation & Logistics
Power, Utilities
Energy Midstream
Waste, Water, & Environmental Services
Digital Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Evaluate new investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, commercial diligence, and industry research
Build and maintain complex financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, LBO models, and return scenarios
Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, financing, negotiations, and documentation
Conduct market research and develop investment theses across infrastructure subsectors
Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
Prepare investment committee materials and presentations for senior investment professionals

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related investment role
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Transaction experience involving M&A, project finance, leveraged finance, or infrastructure investments
Demonstrated interest in infrastructure investing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
