Per Diem Laboratory Clerk

Job Description
Under the direction of section supervisor performs day-to- day tasks in accessioning and phlebotomy areas including but not limited to; receipt, handling, accessioning and centrifuging specimens, sending specimens to reference laboratory, data entry and other support laboratory functions. Required to work weekends and holidays based on the department’s needs.

Requirements
A high school diploma with at least 6 months Clinical Laboratory data entry experience.

Must have some technical familiarity related to laboratory.

Relevant experience in a clinical laboratory required.
