Investment Coordinator

The Investment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Longaeva’s investment team by managing scheduling, assisting with corporate access logistics, earnings calls coordination, and travel arrangements. The individual ensures seamless operations across multiple time zones, facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders, and provides administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Support and Scheduling

o Manage and coordinate buy-side and sell-side interactions, expert network calls, post-earnings call-backs, and conference logistics.

o Ensure detailed scheduling and alignment across multiple time zones.

• Earnings

o Monitor and track relevant company earnings calls and releases.

o Organize post-earnings calls with sell-side analysts and pull transcripts.

o Assist with scheduling all management post-earnings call-backs and coordinate with relevant investment staff.

• Corporate Access

o Track and manage corporate access requests.

o Maintain detailed records of upcoming events.

o Organize logistics for investment team to attend conferences, NDRs (non-deal roadshows), investor days, bus tours, and presentations.

• Travel Coordination & Expenses

o Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel.

o Handle expense submissions and provide as needed support to the team with reimbursements.

• Office Support

o Provide front desk assistance and general office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
