Babysitter

Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
Prepare light meals and snacks while adhering to any dietary needs or restrictions
Assist with homework, reading, and developmentally enriching activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children
Follow daily routines including nap times, bedtime schedules, and hygiene habits
Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the child's day and any concerns

Requirements:
Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or a related caregiving role preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
Patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with children
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication skills with parents and guardians
Must be located in or able to commute to Long Island, NY
