Site Manager

A growing construction company is seeking an experienced and organized Site Manager to oversee multiple active job sites across Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan. This role is responsible for ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget while managing site supervisors, subcontractors, and crews. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics, maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction site management experience, experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, hands-on experience with super structures, strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to travel between job sites.
