Category: Admin Support > Executive Virtual Assistance

Rate: $35 to $45 per hour, depending on experience

Post body:

An American Israeli thought leader, author, and activist, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to manage a dynamic professional and personal life across US, European, and Israeli time zones. You will work closely with his Business Manager and professional team.

What you will do:

Own a complex Google Calendar and Calendly setup: scheduling, holding and releasing speaking blocks, preventing conflicts, and building in travel and prep buffers across time zones.
Coordinate multi stop domestic and international travel with travel agents: flights, housing, ground transit, loyalty accounts, visas, Global Entry, and urgent rebookings.
Triage a high volume inbox, draft routine correspondence, and maintain warm professional relationships with hosts, speaking agents, vendors, and team members.
Handle personal administration: NYC mail and storage logistics, mobile account settings, errands, and organized document filing.
Support speaking engagement logistics with accurate itineraries, venue details, contacts, and event materials.

What we are looking for:

At least three years supporting a busy executive, public figure, or clergy member.
Deep expertise in complex calendar management and international travel coordination.
Strong written communication, exceptional attention to detail, and proven discretion.
Comfort with tech, including AI tools and digital platforms.
Based in a US or Israel friendly time zone with reliable availability windows.
Hebrew fluency a plus, not required. Experience with a rabbi, speaker, author, or Jewish organization a plus.

Engagement details:

Independent contractor, fractional, approximately 60 to 80 hours per month.
Fully remote. English required.
Target start date: on or before August 24, 2026, to allow a transition overlap with the outgoing assistant.
