Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

Identify prospective clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities within target sectors through ongoing research.
Maintain a current view of relevant federal, state, municipal, and institutional procurement activity relevant to wayfinding scopes.
Develop speaking and presentation opportunities to execute thought leadership strategies and coordinate logistics for leadership attendance at industry events.
Report on pipeline activity, prospect engagement, and market intelligence at company-wide meetings.

Proposal Management

Manage the full proposal process from identification through submission, coordinating technical input, writing, formatting, and managing on-time delivery.
Develop comprehensive proposal strategies including coordination of teaming partners.
Lead go/no-go research and prepare recommendations for leadership's review.
Maintain the proposal library including case studies and team resumes.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Own the CRM platform end-to-end to ensure ongoing data integrity and set data entry standards.
Analyze CRM data and synthesize market intelligence to actively inform business development strategy.
Maintain up-to-date pipeline records, including opportunity stages, probabilities, and values.
Produce regular pipeline reporting for leadership to track win rates and ROI over time.

Project Promotion & Awards

Coordinate professional photography of completed projects to build a high-quality visual asset library.
Manage project launches across all external channels to maximize visibility and impact.
Identify relevant awards programs and coordinate submission of entries.
Develop, design, and manage internal marketing communications and materials within the Via Collective brand.

Marketing & Digital

Contribute to quarterly content strategy planning with leadership and the Creative Director.
Produce the monthly eNewsletter and manage social media channels, a rolling content calendar, and execute thought leadership campaigns.
Develop and maintain pitch decks, client presentations, and marketing collateral for leadership outreach.
Perform quarterly reviews and updates to the company website to ensure content alignment with current positioning.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing, proposal management, or business development support within wayfinding, architecture, engineering, or construction
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Technical Knowledge: A track record of owning the proposal process end-to-end and navigating procurement, owning a CRM platform (Nimble, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) as a system of record
Skills: Strong communication, writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills,

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to adapt and respond to changing project needs.
Experience with marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Instagram, etc) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Canva
