Director of Operations

A growing ABA organization is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and lead company-wide execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing staff, building operational systems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all programs. The ideal candidate must have strong ABA industry knowledge and a proven track record in leadership and operations. BCBA certification is a strong plus.
