What You’ll Do:
Drive Revenue & Deal Execution

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear next steps and steady momentum
Convert successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments
Guide procurement, legal, and contracting processes to close deals on schedule
Represent a Technical Product with Clarity
Develop deep fluency in Treeswift’s technology to confidently represent it in customer, executive, and in conference settings
Turn product capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes
Build and present business cases that make enterprise adoption an easy yes
Build Enduring Customer and Internal Relationships
Cultivate relationships across customer organizations, starting at the executive level
Bring cross-functional stakeholders together to support adoption and expansion
Become a trusted partner on the priorities that matter most to your customers: cost, quality, and safety
Support Long-Term Account Growth
Work with senior leadership at your accounts to help shape their strategic priorities
Bring your industry experience and judgment to bear as a real advisor, not just a vendor
Build multi-year account strategies that drive sustained revenue
You are probably a strong fit for this role if you have:
15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a significant portion focused on the electric utilities sector
Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals in technical, infrastructure, or grid-related environments
Credibility with both technical teams (grid ops, engineering) and C-suite or regulatory stakeholders
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder utility buying cycles and turning pilots into long-term contracts
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build and defend ROI-driven business cases with executives
Willingness to travel within the US 50-75% of the time to meet customers, attend conferences, and close deals
You're probably a strong fit for this role if you:
Live by ABC ("Always Be Closing") and take real ownership of driving deals forward
Are sharp, scrappy, and self-directed
Build genuine rapport with everyone from field operators to the C-suite
Know that the path to credibility, trust, and the win is continuously deepening your understanding of a customer's problems
Believe in showing, not just telling, and can demo software with confidence
Run an organized, data-driven sales process
Stay persistent through long sales cycles
Value feedback and use it to keep getting better
