Work Format
This role is intended to be performed in a hybrid / remote format, with the individual splitting their time between our sites in either Wayne, New Jersey or Greenlawn, New York, and remotely from an alternate work location. For the right individual, a full-time remote format may be considered.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Technical field of study, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar applicable discipline; or equivalent experience, and four (4) years of planning/scheduling experience; or a Master's Degree and three (3) year of related experience.
Ability to develop an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that will guide program execution and serve as the basis for Earned Value performance.
Lead the planning, establishment and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline; including support of an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
Understand trends using effective schedule metrics, suggests corrective actions in a timely manner and supports implementation.
Proactively engages in program execution and risk management.
Participate in the Risk Management process with the ability to perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and provide analysis of the results to the program team.
Review, recommend and implement, as appropriate, schedule work-around or recovery plans in a proactive manner
Routinely assist program management by monitoring SPI/CPI and BEI/CEI performance and preparing schedule status reports for customer and/or business management reviews

Proficient in MS Project or other Planning SW, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
Experience with SSI Tool Set, WBS Pro, Deltek COBRA and Schedule Risk Software.
Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment.
Understanding and knowledge with regards to industry Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
General understanding of US DoD schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $90304 - $153517
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Skills Required

Experience monitoring schedule performance using earned value metrics (SPI/CPI, BEI/CEI) and preparing status reports

Ability to identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts and implement recovery plans
Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel and other planning software
Experience with SSI Tool Set, WBS Pro, Deltek COBRA and Schedule Risk Software
Experience with project forecasting and analysis in a US Defense environment and knowledge of EVMS and DoD schedule policies
