Middle School Math Teacher (Girls)

Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics to students in Grades 4, 6, 7, and 8.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that build strong mathematical skills and conceptual understanding.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions, think critically, and develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Assess student learning through classwork, quizzes, tests, and other assessments, and provide meaningful feedback.
Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and colleagues as appropriate.
Collaborate with other General Studies teachers and school leadership to support student growth and curriculum development.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field preferred.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of elementary and middle school mathematics.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Warm, patient, organized, and collaborative approach to teaching.
Commitment to helping students grow academically and personally.
