Job description
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Marketing Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our leadership, you will be the primary engine driving our multi-channel marketing tactics across B2B, B2B2C, and B2B2B environments.
This is an execution-heavy role perfect for a SaaS marketer who loves to build. You will own the day-to-day deployment of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy targeting Credit Unions and Regional Banks, manage our content and sales enablement pipelines, and keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly. You'll be Bloom's first in-house marketing hire — which means you'll have a lot of ownership on day-to-day execution. You'll partner with our fractional CMO on strategy, but the results are yours to run. This is the role for someone who's ready to build our marketing function from the ground up. If you are a self-starter who excels at turning strategic goals into operational reality, we want to hear from you.

ABM & Sales Enablement Tools: Familiarity or direct experience with intent and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, or FI Navigator is highly preferred.
Event planning/Execution: Experience executing Trade show booths, events, creating and managing collateral material and SWAG, managing trade show budgets
Digital & Analytics: Experience managing corporate social channels (specifically LinkedIn), basic SEO/PPC optimization principles, and tracking conversion goals via platforms like Google Analytics.
Managing Content: Experience creating and maintaining a shared marketing asset library and responding to internal requests for collateral, links, and materials (e.g. Google Drive assets)
Basic design proficiency (Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint) to quickly update brand-aligned decks, one-sheets, and client-facing toolkits.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
