Your day to day is…
● Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors.
● Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms.
● Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation.
● Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards.
● Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation.
● Supporting IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed.
● Identifying opportunities to improve procurement policies, processes, and vendor engagement.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
● 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or
SaaS focus preferred).
● Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements.
● Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Architecting and shipping code for key roadmap initiatives.
Building and fostering relationships with engineers on your team and partners in Product, Design, and Analytics to refine and execute the product vision.
Improving the reliability and accuracy of our core data and booking attribution systems.
Mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and 1:1 pairing.
Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology, with an eye towards future goals like AI-generated insights and custom-queried dashboards.

Remote Base Salary Range
$71,600—$108,300 USD
