Job description
What You'll Do
Execute TCC engagements
Manage day-to-day delivery of PFE, DC, and PWA diligence projects
Coordinate EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, certification collection, and supply chain mapping
Provide oversight and QA/QC of PWA compliance data, resolving discrepancies in certified payroll and apprenticeship records to minimize risk of correction payments or IRS penalties
Support Material Assistance Cost Ratio (MACR) analysis and threshold testing
Compile and maintain audit-ready documentation packages
Drive project operations
Own project timelines, trackers, and client-facing status updates
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, EPC contractors, counsel, and lenders) to keep deliverables on track
Lead client engagements end-to-end, owning the relationship, timeline, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks before they impact scope, schedule, or client trust
Support framework and tooling development
Help maintain and improve standardized workflows for EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, cost attribution, and reporting
Assist with implementing AI-enabled tools for document ingestion, MACR calculations, and supplier risk scoring
Contribute to processes and templates that make delivery more consistent and scalable
Contribute to business development support
Assist with proposals, data room prep, and client onboarding materials
Help prepare client-facing deliverables and presentation materials
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with other program managers and service line teams
Surface opportunities to improve shared tools and processes across the broader services team
Who You Are
3-6 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, consulting, or a related field
Exposure to IRA credits (45Y, 48E, 45X), Domestic Content, PWA, or PFE frameworks is a plus—but we'll train the right person
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with cost models, supplier data, and legal/technical documentation
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail—you keep projects on track and nothing falls through the cracks
Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information and keep stakeholders aligned
Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
Collaborative and low-ego; you're energized by being part of a small, high-output team
Nice-to-Have
Experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop
Familiarity with supply chain or sanctions compliance
Exposure to AI / data tools in diligence or document workflows
