Registered Nurse

Responsibilities
Client care planning, reassessment every 6 months or less, compliance reporting.
Coordinate care with team, clients, families, and medical professionals.
Assess client health status and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
Caregiver skills training at Center of Excellence.
Enforce safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and deliverables.

Requirements
Valid New York State RN License.
Valid license, registration, insurance for reliable personally owned vehicle.
Experience in gerontological care in community, facility, or both settings.
