Key Responsibilities- Support the school's daily administrative and office operations.
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for families, staff, and visitors.

- Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation.
- Communicate with families regarding school information, schedules, documentation, and general inquiries.
- Maintain staff files, compliance records, and required documentation.

- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and school schedules.
- Assist with planning and coordinating school events, programs, and activities.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, forms, and other administrative materials.
- Assist school leadership and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork and documentation.
- Help ensure smooth communication between administration, teachers, staff, and families.
- Perform additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support the school.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative, office, or related experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a school, early childhood program, daycare, or educational environment is a plus.
