I’m looking for a Donor Relations Specialist to join a nonprofit team, based in Jerusalem.

🏢 2 days/week in Jerusalem offices IST
🏠 3 days/week from home American working hours

❤️ What you’ll be doing:

Build and nurture relationships with donors through phone, email, text, and other personal outreach. You’ll thank supporters, understand their interests, share impact, follow up consistently, and help turn one-time donors into long-term partners.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ A strong communicator and natural nurturer
✅ Organized, persistent & tech-savvy
✅ Comfortable with consistent phone outreach and follow-up
✅ Familiar with the nonprofit world
✅ Someone who can truly own the donor relationship
