About the Role

The RCM System Analyst is responsible for application maintenance and management focusing on resolving issues that may occur with revenue cycle. The RCM System Analyst will leverage knowledge of EHR software to easily triage and identify solutions to ensure that the revenue cycle is not interrupted. The RCM System Analyst will ensure that additional responsibilities are carried out, such as a thorough analysis of upcoming releases and upgrades for testing, training, and identifying any potential adjustments to workflow that may be required. The Analyst will assist in new software implementations including gathering requirements, establishing and upholding standards and quality measures; promote best practices for implementations, EHR updates and reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify, review, analyze, and resolve open issues to enable accurate and timely billing of claims, including working with other functional groups as needed
Assists with system deployment, software configuration and problem resolution related to the various applications utilized by the Company
Customer level support, including researching and responding to customer inquiries
Review, analyze, and maintain various revenue cycle reports
Ensure that all Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") Key Controls and other company policies are followed
Communicate potential issues and impacts with RCM teams and management
Work with IT support and systems teams to coordinate and implement changes
Analysis, in-depth functionality testing, documentation, training, implementation, and ongoing support of new/existing computer systems or programs
Collaborate with other analysts to streamline tasks and duties in effort to improve overall efficiency
Collect, arrange, and input information into database system

Required Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work with mathematical and financial concepts
• Advanced Excel experience
• Experience with accounts receivable management and reporting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
