Job description

Position Overview:
As a Senior Analyst on our Regulatory team, you will apply and grow your knowledge of regulatory affairs, contribute to the expansion of JSI platforms, and work alongside a collaborative team making a real impact in the industry. If you thrive on building, learning, and growing — join us.

This is a mid-to-senior-level position providing daily hands-on support across three areas: JSI programs, regulatory filings and compliance work on behalf of clients, and cross-team coordination. Training and mentorship will be provided. The right candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable both following established processes and helping to refine them over time.

Responsibilities
Program:
Support the day-to-day operations of JSI initiatives, helping partners deploy the platform under their own brand.
Assist with partner onboarding, branding configurations, and account setup in coordination with internal technical teams.
Maintain partner records, onboarding trackers, and status reports; provide regular updates to leadership.
Help develop and refine onboarding guides, SOPs, and training materials as the program grows.
Support sales and marketing with demos, pitch materials, and proposals for prospective white-label partners.

Regulatory Filings & Compliance:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings on behalf of JSI clients, including FCC, state commission, and USF submissions.
Maintain filing calendars and deadline trackers across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
Research regulatory requirements and flag upcoming changes or compliance risks, escalating to senior staff as needed.
Help keep JSI Platform regulatory content — deadlines, requirement summaries, and jurisdiction updates — accurate and current.

Cross-Team Coordination:
Work collaboratively across the Regulatory Affairs, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to keep shared workstreams on track.
Participate in team meetings and project updates, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Use project management tools (Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint) to track tasks and communicate progress.

Required Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
4-7 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks on time and on budget.
Comfortable navigating diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred:
Some exposure to FCC filings, USF programs, or state commission compliance — through coursework, internships, or entry-level work.
Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry.
Awareness of federal broadband funding programs (BEAD, RDOF, E-Rate, ReConnect) is a plus.
Any experience with SaaS platforms, project management tools, or data reporting is a plus.
