What you'll do
Assist Executive Search Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activities.

Communicate with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and compile detailed candidate profiles.

Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.

Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including document management and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
