Job Description
As an Analyst, you'll act as an industry insights category expert with the main goal to delight clients; supporting them for informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on their categories using the NIQ data with the NIQ tools, following the NIQ standards and Service Model.

Develop efficient use of propriety NIQ tools and metrics and use these to help solve clients' business questions. 
Develop a good understanding of clients' businesses and needs in order to create relevant insights through analyses of retail measurement data, panel data, and other NIQ data sets. Present these to client with guidance and support of manager.  
During the briefing process, field business questions and be able to ask clarifying questions & discuss analyses/metrics best suited to answer requests.  
Simplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clients.   
Able to prepare (and present- in some cases) simple ad-hoc analysis.  
Constantly learn what solutions NIQ has for the client and work closely with your manager and team to bring the relevant ones to market.
Bring awareness to roadblocks when they arise.  
Develop strong category performance overview and business issue analysis.
Start contributing to Thought Leadership Projects.  
Become bi-lingual (CPS+RMS.)
Explain CPS facts and fundamentals to clients accurately and confidently,  
Use Discover to generate and present CPS Insights.
Qualifications
2+ years of industry experience. 
University graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines.  
Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questions. 
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.  
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.  
Strong understanding of statistics  
Digital savvy. 
Fast learner of concepts/tools/analyses.
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $58,100 - $60,000 yearly. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus. Skills Required
