Job description

What you'll do

Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives aligned to alliance partner strategies and target audiences, with the largest focus on Microsoft.
Collaborate with internal Product Marketing, broader Marketing, Partner Development, and Sales teams to maintain aligned messaging.
Coordinate day-to-day partner-facing tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities.
Manage all logistics, communication, and follow-up for webinars and broader programs with alliance partners.
Support joint partner events by managing registrations, materials, and post-event reporting to drive follow-through and measure impact.
Create and distribute internal win wires, success stories, and partner updates that celebrate joint wins and keep internal teams informed.
Develop co-branded marketing assets, email campaigns, and event materials in close collaboration with Product Marketing, partners and internal creative teams, and aligned to brand and messaging guidelines.
Work with Product Marketing to maintain and update partner enablement content to ensure partners have access to current, accurate resources.
Track performance metrics for webinars, events, and partner programs; synthesize data into actionable insights and regular reporting for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
3+ years of experience in partner marketing or B2B marketing. 
3+ years of proven experience in the IT industry, strongly preferred.
Webinar and virtual event platform experience.
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail. 
Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, channel, and sales teams. 
Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or similar platforms. 
Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with MSPs, VARs, or technology partners. 
Familiarity with cloud computing or Desktop as a Service.
Experience supporting regional or multi-country marketing programs. 
Basic understanding of partner lifecycle management and GTM motions.
