Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and logistics to help projects stay organized and on track from pre-production through execution.
Manage production needs involving crew, talent, vendors, locations, and other external partners.
Organize travel, equipment, permits, and day-of-production logistics as needed.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment on schedules, requirements, and changing production needs.
Track production deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding details to support timely execution.
Troubleshoot logistical challenges proactively and help identify practical solutions in a fast-moving production environment.
Provide on-site production support when required, helping ensure production days run efficiently and smoothly.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
3+ years of experience in production, production coordination, or a related role, or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, talent, vendors, crews, and other partners.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and production needs in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating production logistics such as schedules, travel, equipment, locations, permits, crews, or talent is preferred.
Ability to provide on-site production support as needed.
This is a remote position based in New York.
