Key Responsibilities

Develop Messaging and Positioning

Translate product capabilities, customer pain points and market context into clear messaging, positioning and value propositions.
Support product and portfolio narratives that connect features to business outcomes across customer segments and emerging industry priorities.
Support messaging for new products, enhancements, vertical solutions and priority business initiatives.
Create Sales and Customer-Facing Materials

Develop core Product Marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, talking points, battlecards, messaging guides and internal enablement materials.
Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure sellers have clear, accurate and actionable materials.
Create customer-facing stories that simplify complex products and highlight FedEx Digital Solutions' value.
Build Market and Customer Understanding

Build a strong understanding of assigned products, target customers, industry needs and competitive dynamics over time.
Support ICP, persona, use case and voice-of-customer work to strengthen product narratives.
Gather and apply customer, seller and market insights to improve messaging, collateral and enablement.
Develop Customer Proof Points and Case Studies

Partner with Sales, Product and customers to identify strong success stories, use cases and proof points.
Develop case studies, customer stories and internal win summaries that show measurable value and real-world impact.
Use customer examples to strengthen sales conversations, external storytelling and industry-specific positioning.
Support Portfolio and Industry Priorities

Work across a broad portfolio of digital solutions, including commerce, visibility, trade, data, developer tools and industry-specific offerings.
Support positioning and content for priority verticals such as ecommerce, automotive, telecom, aerospace and AIDC, with a focus on learning industry needs and translating them into clear value stories.
Identify common customer pain points and value themes that can be reused across products, industries and sales motions.
Qualifications

Experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, sales enablement, content marketing, product, consulting or a related role.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
Ability to understand technical, operational or data-driven products and translate them into customer value.
Experience developing sales or customer-facing materials such as decks, one-pagers, FAQs, messaging guides or enablement content.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Marketing, Sales and/or Commercial teams.
Curiosity and confidence asking questions to clarify product details, customer needs and business value.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt as priorities, products and timelines shift.
Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, logistics, ecommerce, data products, supply chain or enterprise software preferred.
Familiarity with vertical marketing, especially automotive, telecom, aerospace, manufacturing or AIDC, is a plus.

Level Guidance

Specialist (1-3 years)
The Product Marketing Specialist will support messaging, collateral and enablement across assigned products, portfolios or industries. This person should be a strong executor who is eager to learn, can gather inputs, draft materials, organize feedback and partner closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills Required
Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.
1-3 years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, sales enablement, content marketing, product, consulting, or related role
