Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and regulatory requests across our product portfolio, applying established processes and using judgment to determine the right course of action, escalating when needed
Intake and triage incoming bugs and requests from stakeholders, scoping them clearly for Product/Engineering, getting clarity on priority and estimated resolution time, and following up with the relevant stakeholders to keep them in the loop
Build expertise in our products and processes so cross-functional partners know they can rely on you for day-to-day operational questions
Support the launch of new courses and products, including proprietary LMS configuration tasks configuration tasks and related requests
Partner with the Regulatory team on course requirements and updates, making the updates you can directly and routing anything that needs Development or Product Management support
Keep the existing course catalog healthy through ongoing content and configuration maintenance, making sure updates land accurately across every affected course
Monitor product and course metrics, investigating unexpected trends, summarizing findings, and partnering with stakeholders to determine next steps
Spot repetitive tasks in your own workflows and automate them using AI tools like Claude Code or Codex, building on existing team repos and tools already in production
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

2+ years experience in product operations, program/project coordination, support, or a similar analytical role
Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through; you chase problems to resolution rather than handing them off
Ability to communicate clearly and build productive cross-functional working relationships, including comfort navigating gray areas where ownership isn’t yet defined
Curiosity and an investigative mindset; you naturally ask “why,” enjoy untangling operational problems, and persist until you find the underlying issue
Ability to work through ambiguity independently, prioritize competing requests effectively, and know when to bring something to your manager
Systems-minded — you enjoy learning new systems, can trace how information flows between tools, and are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues even if you aren't writing code.
A builder’s instinct; you’ve used AI to automate parts of your own work, and you’d rather build a fix than wait for one
Reside in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
BONUS POINTS

Experience in Edtech or another regulated industry
Experience with reporting on JIRA issues
Experience with content management or learning management systems
Background in an education-related field
