Job description

What You'll Do

Make a high volume of outbound calls to hotels and travel vendors on behalf of our travelers.

Contact hotels to obtain folios, receipts, and other required documentation.

Follow up with travelers and travel administrators to collect updated payment information when needed.

Create and distribute pre-authorization forms, including prepaid payment forms and virtual credit cards.

Coordinate directly with hotels to resolve payment issues and assist with credit card reversals.

Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless traveler experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous travel industry experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Spanish-language proficiency is a bonus but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport.

Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback in a performance-driven environment focused on continuous development.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with minimal supervision.

Proficient with Windows-based applications and comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.

A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude when interacting with both travelers and colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and maintain a strong, reliable work history.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is a combination of hourly and stock options. The anticipated hourly wage is between $20-$22 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.

Shift looking to fill

Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm CST OFF: Saturday/Sunday.

Training Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-430pm CST for 4 weeks (HYBRID in the Chicago office)
