About the Role
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Inside Sales and account teams through accurate and timely licensing quotes, add-on requests, subscription changes, customer expansion support, and order coordination across Commercial, GCC, GCC High, and Azure Government environments.

What You'll Do:

Create and manage accurate add-on licensing quotes for existing customers, including license increases, SKU changes, subscription modifications, true-ups, and new product additions.
Support Microsoft licensing requests across Microsoft 365, Azure, Commercial, GCC, GCC High, and Azure Government environments.
Review customer licensing needs and align quote recommendations to customer requirements, contract terms, and approved pricing guidance.
Coordinate with Inside Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Sales Operations to move quotes from request through order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quote, renewal, and activity records in Salesforce and other business systems.
Track open add-on quotes, quote expirations, approvals, customer follow-up activity, and order status to ensure timely completion.
Respond professionally to internal and customer licensing inquiries and escalate complex licensing, compliance, or technical questions as appropriate.
Identify customer expansion opportunities related to licensing, security, compliance, cloud, and managed services and route opportunities to the appropriate sales resource.
Support renewal and expansion motions by assisting with quote preparation, licensing documentation, and customer communication as needed. • Additional duties, upon management request.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in Managed Services, IT, software sales, licensing operations, sales support, or customer success
Experience in Microsoft and other SaaS licensing
2+ years of experience preparing customer quotes and managing add-on, expansion, renewal, or subscription change requests
Familiarity with Microsoft CSP, NCE, Microsoft 365, Azure, GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government preferred
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), quoting, ticketing, or business operations tools; Salesforce experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate pricing, license quantities, product SKUs, dates, and customer information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
General knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC, government cloud, or Defense Industrial Base customer requirements preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to research licensing questions, validate information, and escalate appropriately
