Facets Configuration Manager

About the role

As a Facets Configuration Manager, you will make an impact by leading configuration delivery and implementation workstreams that support complex healthcare payer transformation and migration initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Delivery & Transformation team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, configuration teams, testing teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

Lead end-to-end configuration workstreams across large-scale Facets implementation, migration, and transformation programs.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, release schedules, and delivery roadmaps to ensure successful program execution.
Coordinate activities across configuration, business analysis, testing, migration, and deployment teams.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities while driving timely resolution.
Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery outcomes.
Oversee release planning, implementation readiness, and production deployment activities.
Deliver executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

These will help you stand out

Experience with Facets Configuration and healthcare payer platforms.
Knowledge of enrollment, benefits, provider configuration, and claims administration processes.
Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial lines of business.
Experience leading healthcare platform migration or modernization programs.
PMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
Experience managing vendor relationships and complex delivery ecosystems.
