Production Manager

Description
A company in the home products space is seeking a Production / Sourcing Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process and supplier relationships. This role is ideal for someone experienced in sourcing, manufacturing, and product development who can manage timelines, costs, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at working with overseas factories and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.

What You’ll Do
• Manage sourcing and production for home product lines
• Communicate with overseas factories regarding timelines, pricing, and production updates
• Oversee product development from concept through final production
• Track orders, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve production issues
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align on requirements
• Monitor quality control and ensure product standards are met
• Negotiate costs and manage vendor relationships
