Production Manager

Description
An established apparel company is seeking a Production / Sourcing Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from sourcing raw materials to managing bulk production. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in apparel manufacturing who can balance cost, quality, and timelines while working closely with overseas factories and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple styles and seasons in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
• Manage sourcing and production for apparel product lines
• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding pricing, timelines, and production updates
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, and lead times with vendors
• Oversee development from sampling through bulk production
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Review and approve samples, ensuring quality and spec accuracy
• Collaborate with design, technical design, and sales teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
