Description
A growing wholesale children’s apparel division is seeking a polished, corporate-level Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full ownership of operations and help scale the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced executive who can bring structure, discipline, and strategic execution to a fast-growing environment.

Operating within a larger, established wholesale company, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead a division while leveraging existing infrastructure and resources.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee all company operations, including production, logistics, and internal processes
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and operational systems
• Lead and manage Human Resources, including hiring, performance management, and team development
• Build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Drive operational efficiency and accountability across departments
• Align operations with sales, production, and overall business strategy
• Partner with ownership on high-level planning and execution
