A fast-paced company is seeking a full-time, in-office MCA Finance Operations Specialist in Brooklyn. This role requires strong bookkeeping experience and hands-on MCA finance operations experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
* Set up and process ACH payments, wire transfers, and merchant draws
* Maintain accurate and organized financial data
* Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
* Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
* Minimum 2 years of MCA experience required
* Experience handling ACHs, wires, and payment processing
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
