Director of Rebates and Incentives

Description:
Join a growing organization seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Rebates and Incentives Department. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, and can independently oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all rebate and incentive programs.
* Track deadlines and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Identify new opportunities and proactively recommend additional programs.
* Monitor department progress and ensure nothing is overlooked.
* Lead the department independently while keeping leadership informed.

Qualifications:
* Highly organized, meticulous, and self-motivated.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership.
* Comfortable working with numbers and managing multiple projects.
* Available a minimum of 5 hours/day Monday–Thursday and 3 hours on Friday.
