Director of Rebates and Incentives

*Job Title:* Director of Rebates and Incentives

*Salary:* $40K–$75K (Depending on Hours and Experience)

Join a growing organization seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Rebates and Incentives Department. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, and can independently oversee projects from start to finish.

*Responsibilities:*
• Manage and oversee all rebate and incentive programs.
• Track deadlines and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Identify new opportunities and proactively recommend additional programs.
• Monitor department progress and ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Lead the department independently while keeping leadership informed.

*Qualifications:*
• Highly organized, meticulous, and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership.
• Comfortable working with numbers and managing multiple projects.
• Available a minimum of 5 hours/day Monday–Thursday and 3 hours on Friday.
