As a Computer Technician, your duties will include ensuring that employees are satisfied with their computer software and hardware, as well as keeping the network up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
Resolve computer-related problems.
Conduct diagnostic tests on computer systems.
Read and understand computer manuals and technical documentation.
Proficient in replacing components on both MacBook and Windows laptops.
Ability to replace screens for iPhone, iPad, and Microsoft Surface devices.
Proficient in repairing and soldering motherboards with component-level replacements.
Competent in reinstalling operating systems and retrieving files.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
