Estimator

We are a cabinet manufacturer serving large multi-family residential construction projects across the US.

The Role

You will learn and run our estimating process — Day to day, you will:

• Review architectural plans and perform material takeoffs
• Build and maintain pricing files in Excel
• Prepare detailed scope documents and proposals for submission
• Coordinate and qualify project scope details with sales, design, and factory teams.

Prior estimating experience required — we’ll train you on our specific process. What we cannot teach is judgment, ownership, and precision, so that’s what we hire for.

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

• Real-world construction experience (estimating and project management)
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills — comfortable with formulas and structured workbooks
• Highly detail-oriented and organized — you catch the error that others miss
• A systems person: you follow documented processes, and flag when something doesn’t fit
• Takes full responsibility for your work and your numbers
• Able to make a decision when the answer isn’t obvious — and document the assumption
• Understands money: costs, margins, and what makes a job profitable
• Clear, professional written English
• Looking for a long-term, stable role with a growing company

A strong plus:

• Experience with custom kitchens, cabinetry, or millwork
