Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse, Inbound Logistics & Facilities Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inbound logistics, staffing, and facility management. This hands-on leader will manage receiving, inventory, shipping, incoming freight, building maintenance, equipment, maintenance vendors, safety, and overall facility upkeep while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, order accuracy, and material handling.
• Coordinate inbound freight and ensure incoming shipments are accurately received and processed.
• Lead, schedule, coach, train, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring and retention.
• Develop daily work plans, prioritize workflow, and adjust staffing as operational needs change.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee building maintenance, equipment, vendors, repairs, safety, and general facility upkeep.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment conditions and coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the warehouse/facilities budget, analyze variances, and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations and other department heads to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory, and inbound logistics.
• Facilities, equipment, maintenance, or vendor management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
