Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own product development and product ownership. You’ll take products from concept through successful market launch, serving as the connective tissue across all departments.

Responsibilities:

 • Shepherd products through the full development cycle from ideation through launch

 • Work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and purchasing teams on a daily basis

 • Own all product data and spec book creation to ensure accuracy across systems

 • Manage our data relationship with design software partners

 • Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize based on production efficiency and margin

 • Establish product structures and presentation standards that position our products for maximum sellability

You’ll report to the CMO and work closely with leadership on sourcing strategy and product positioning.

Qualifications:

 • Background in cabinetry or cabinet manufacturing required

 • Experience working cross-functionally across production, engineering, and purchasing
