Senior Brand Designer

What we need:

• Work directly under the CMO to take brand ideas and turn them into real designs
• Strong experience in branding and design
• Ability to take direction and bring ideas to life
• Experience managing projects and people
• Ability to work in a corporate environment with diverse cultures and teams
• Leadership potential with the ability to grow into building and leading a team
• Proactive mindset — constantly ensuring all brand outputs are aligned, consistent, and on point across every touchpoint
• Hands-on, flexible team player who can jump in wherever needed and help connect strategy to execution without being boxed into one role

Examples of what he will do:

• He will help keep the website up to date (like homepage updates, product pages, and landing pages) and support marketing materials when needed
• He will be involved in product packaging work such as boxes, labels, and inserts
• He will help set the vision and creative direction for trade show booths (for example, large industry shows in Las Vegas) and make sure it all gets executed properly
• He will make sure the brand stays consistent everywhere and actively look for anything that feels off or not aligned

Details:

• Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: 101 Kentile Rd, South Plainfield, NJ 07080
• Industry: Cabinetry (well-established and growing business)
• This is an existing in-house position, working closely with the CMO and marketing/logistics leadership team
