Technology Company seeking experienced *Customer Service Manager* to build and oversee its customer service operations, including implementing a customer phone system and managing a small team.
*Must have strong hands-on experience with Zendesk, including ticket and email management, and the ability to properly set up and optimize Zendesk workflows. Must be highly organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and experienced in customer service management.
* Ideally available for occasional on-call coverage Motzei Shabbos and Sunday.
