The candidate should have these qualifications:

• Experienced Full-Fledged Developer: 5+ years of hands-on, full-stack software development experience (proficiency with React, Node.js, and relational databases/SQL is highly advantageous).
• AI-Native Pioneer: Highly energetic and enthusiastic about adopting continuously evolving AI development methodologies; deeply comfortable with agentic workflows and code-generation engineering via Claude Code.
• Fearless Prototyper: Comfortable discarding early iterations and completely rebuilding processes multiple times in pursuit of the version that delivers the highest business value.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to act as your own BA, PM, and QA—comfortable dealing with ambiguity and turning high-level business ideas into functional, implemented code.
• Strong Systems Thinker: Passionate about operational efficiency, eliminating manual waste, and creating autonomous software architectures.
