Live Streamer Sales Assistant

We are a fast-growing jewelry retailer located in the Brooklyn Army Terminal, specializing in fashion-forward to mid-level timepieces and brand name jewelry. We are seeking a organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Live Stream Sales Assistant to support our on-camera hosts and keep our digital broadcasts running seamlessly. In this role, you will work behind the scenes to manage live product staging, track real-time inventory, moderate live viewer chats, and ensure every live stream runs without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Live Stream Host before, during, and after broadcasts to ensure smooth studio operations.

• Prepare, clean, tag, and display featured watches and brand name jewelry prior to going live.

• Hand off products, display stands, and promotional materials to the host in real time during the stream.

• Monitor and moderate live chat rooms, answering customer inquiries, pinning key product details, and driving engagement.

• Manage real-time inventory tracking and claim logs as sales are completed on-air.

• Set up and maintain studio equipment, including lighting, smartphones, cameras, microphoning, and internet connections.

• Package, organize, and transition sold items to the fulfillment team post-stream.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail support, studio production, live stream moderation, or e-commerce operations preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working with basic studio technology, social media platforms, and e-commerce selling software.

• Appreciation for or familiarity with fashion accessories, timepieces, and jewelry.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first, proactive attitude.
