What We're Looking For:

5–7 years of experience in brokerage, consulting, or an insurance company
P&C license required
Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree required
Selling skills and cross-selling ability a plus
