Job description
As an IT agile delivery owner lead in the Enterprise Data Strategy team, you'll leverage agile and lean practices to lead multiple teams in delivering high-value technology solutions that support business objectives. You'll drive planning, coordination, and execution across teams, helping to maximize flow, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Using delivery metrics and transparency, you'll help teams continuously improve performance while providing stakeholders with clear visibility into progress and outcomes. You'll serve as a coach, mentor, and trusted partner to Agile Delivery Owners, Product Owners, and team members, supporting the adoption and evolution of agile practices across the organization. You'll foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while promoting high standards for quality, engineering excellence, compliance, and delivery. By building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, you'll help create an environment that enables predictable, high-quality outcomes and lasting business value.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Minimum qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
Preferred Skills
Agile Delivery Owner experience within a service group supporting both operational and project work, including guiding teams through Agile transformation
Experience with multiple delivery approaches, including but not limited to Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models
Proven ability to support multiple (2+) service teams concurrently
Strong leadership in ambiguity, using data and transparency to manage expectations around capacity, risk, and tradeoffs
