Portfolio Manager ECM US

What you will do in this role:

Manage day-to-day ECM agenda engagement
Lead live deal engagement and market sounding procedures
Execute on aftermarket opportunities
Build-out key stakeholder relationships with private equity sponsors, advisors, corporates, state entities, and others.
Maintain regular dialogue with equity syndicate desks across the region

Help build our ECM investment pipeline through private company engagements
Position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the Americas region
Expand non-standard transaction activity (increase participation in bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions)

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to help expand our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment strategy across the Americas (US, CA, LatAm) region. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role that combines risk-taking responsibilities as part of a regional ECM investment mandate with business and relationship development responsibilities.
The position carries P&L responsibility within DRW ECM investment strategy mandate, including aftermarket opportunities.
Our strategy centers on in depth fundamental analysis in an ECM and general event context (Spin-offs, private/public, listing migrations, other non-M&A events, etc.) and an unconstrained duration framework.
