Spa Attendant/Link

The Role:

As a Spa Attendant/Link you will play an integral role in providing clients with the AIRE Experience. You will check in and guide clients through their bathhouse and massage experience. You will give bathhouse tours, schedule massages, and tend to client needs throughout the day. You will coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and Massage Therapists to ensure all clients are taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide them with a tour of the facility.

Coordinate treatments based on the schedule of massage therapists, honoring special requests when possible.

Guide the clients through their experience, leading them from the baths to their massage treatments, etc.

Tend to the needs of the clients during their stay, keeping tabs on them and following up as necessary.

Who You Are:

Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality industry, preferred.

Strong customer service mentality: friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.

Energetic team player with a passion for assisting high-end clientele.

Skilled at anticipating the flow of business, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they occur.

Strong attention to detail: ensure clients have what they need, and remember the fine points of their reservations.

Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently.

Maintain flexibility with scheduling according to business needs.

Prior experience with reservation systems, preferred.
