About the Role A growing private label health and home products company is looking for a Catalog Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of Amazon SKUs and drive them from launch to scale. You'll work closely with the team's senior catalog manager and product development lead to manage listings, advertising, and inventory for an established book of business, with room to take on more categories as you prove yourself. This is a hands-on role for someone who has actually launched products on Amazon and knows what it takes to grow them.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Listing Management

• Monitor daily sales performance, units sold, and sales velocity across assigned categories
• Manage and optimize Amazon listings to support healthy organic ranking
• Ensure advertising (PPC) spend stays on target — not over or underspending

Product Launch & Growth

• Take new private label products from launch through scaling (targeting 50–200+ units/day)
• Manage a portfolio of roughly 100+ active SKUs, with dozens more in the launch pipeline at any given time
• Adjust pricing strategy over time as products gain traction and reviews

Inventory & Cross-Team Coordination

• Track seasonal product cycles (3–4 month seasons) from start to finish
• Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to avoid overstock and manage timely replenishment
• Partner with senior team members to stay on top of day-to-day issues as they arise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon catalog management experience
• Must have real experience launching products on Amazon — not just managing existing listings
• Strong understanding of PPC, organic ranking, and how Amazon's algorithm works
• Comfortable working with sales and reporting platforms
• Sharp, fast-paced, and self-driven
