• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
