Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the OTC section
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays
- Track inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OTC area
- Answer customer questions accurately and professionally
- Help with in-store promotions and product awareness
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
