Full-Time/ Part time | W-2 | 30–35 Hours Weekly
Hillside Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home and community-based services to children with autism.
The role includes managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, training caregivers, and monitoring client progress.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- New York LBA license or eligibility
- Relevant master’s degree
- Pediatric autism experience
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical and communication skills
