Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs.
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal.
- Coordinate with contractors and respond to on-call emergencies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
- Experience with general building repairs.
- Valid driver’s license and own tools required.
- Ability to live on-site and participate in an on-call rotation.
